Mr. P.G. Prakash, Managing Director has 21 combined years of experience at all levels within the Business Process Outsourcing industry. He has extensive experience by working as caller, analyst, relationship executive, Accounts Manager, Client relationship Manager etc. and has participated in many major documentation projects of varying types. He is a Certified Clinical Account Technician (CCAT) obtained from American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and also has substantial experience in medical billing BPO services.
With his extreme professionalism and an innovative attitude, he has taken the company to greater heights and has acquired clients from various nations. His rich experience and reputation in the outsourcing industry would definitely help MedLead Solutions to reach greater peaks within a short period of time.

Ms. S. Mercia Mary has gained good experience in medical billing field, having worked in vital positions in various such organizations in India. Her commitment to hard work and her exposure to the international BPO scene will prove invaluable in this venture.
